Removed four infertile eggs in total. Two were fused together believed to be cause of egg binding
Nine inch incision closed  in mid-section of snake using non-dissolving mattress sutures
Four inch incision closed in last third of snake using non-dissolving mattress sutures
Full recovery from anesthetic took two hours and 35 minutes. She is doing well but, unfortunately, will not be able to breed again. Skin  sutures to be removed in  three weeks. Update to follow.

Sedated with ketamine  50 mg per kg of body weight injected intermuscular  15 minutes to half an hour for full sedation. Masked and maintained  on isoflourine anesthetic for preparation and surgery. Approximate surgery time one hour 45 minutes.
